The Rink Hockey Academy continues to produce quality talent. On Friday morning the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League held its annual bantam draft. The SJHL serves as the top junior league in Saskatchewan - the equivalent of Manitoba's MJHL.

Ty Thorpe of Brandon, Manitoba was selected in last week's United States Hockey League Draft. Thorpe - a 5-foot-11, 165-pound forward out of Winnipeg's The Rink Hockey Academy, was chosen in the eighth round, 14th overall by the Fargo Force.
