The Manitoba Moose have recalled forward Alexis D'Aoust from the Jacksonville Icemen of the East Coast Hockey League.

The Trois-Rivieres, QB. native currently sits third in ECHL scoring is six goals and 12 points in just five games played. In his first year of ECHL play, D'Aoust has already found himself having collected the ECHL Player of the Week in late October for a three-goal, seven-point performance in just three games.

After playing out a full five years of junior hockey with the Shawinigan Cataractes of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, in which the six-foot, 205-pound winger registered 113 goals and 241 points in 299 regular season games, D'Aoust moved on to the Utica Comets of the American Hockey League in 2017-18, where he put up 10 goals and 21 points in 57 games played.

The Moose have returned home to Bell MTS Place from a successful 2-1 three-game road trip, where they host the next four games of their schedule. Friday and Saturday nights feature the visiting Chicago Wolves, before the Grand Rapids Griffins come knocking next weekend. Puck drop on Friday is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. central.
