    The Manitoba Moose saw their 2017-18 American Hockey League season come to an end much earlier than most had hoped. On Friday night at the BMO Harris Bank Center, the IceHogs took it to the Moose one final time - improving their AHL best 7-0 playoff record in the process.

    The Manitoba Moose have re-signed 26-year-old forward Cam Maclise to a one-year contract for the 2018-19 hockey season.

    It certainly wasn't the 5-0 blowout that their NHL affiliate Winnipeg Jets provided Friday, but the Manitoba Moose picked up a 3-2 victory Saturday afternoon from Bell MTS Place, in game one of their first round series with the visiting Grand Rapids Griffins.

    The American Hockey League's Toronto Marlies are heading to the Calder Cup Final. Following an opening round that lasted five games, the Marlies upped the tempo for the second and third rounds, only requiring the minimum four games in each series to dismantle of their opponents.
